Rosenthal maintains individualized lockbox addresses for each of our clients in Chicago, IL.  The centralized lockbox location minimizes mail delivery times from all domestic locations and our collection protocol ensures that all checks and remittance documents received are scanned each day.  Clients can view scanned documents on Rosenthal's robust web-based application that also supports complex inquiries using a range of search criteria.
