History

Rosenthal was founded in 1938 by Imre J. Rosenthal, whose inspiring leadership spanned more than a half century of the company's history.  While the factoring industry has undergone a period of extensive consolidation, Rosenthal has remained independent and the second and third generations of Rosenthal's now lead the firm.  Rosenthal ranks as one of the largest privately held firms in New York City, with annual volume in excess of $4 billion.
